Having trouble registering? Payment not going through?

A couple of common problems that people may run into when registering for an event or class

Issue #1: Being asked to sign up as a non-member when you know you are a member 

• Solution #1: Please check to see if you are registering with the email address that you used when you became a member. Sometimes people have more than one email address. The website only recognizes the email you originally used when you became a member. If you use a different email the system will consider you to be a non-member and it will not let you chose the member option when registering

• Solution #2: Log in and reset your member password if you forgot.

Issue #2: Unable to register (You don’t have to be a member to register for most events.)

• Solution #1: Reboot your device. Turn it off and on.   

• Solution #2: Try using a different device. Sometimes people can’t register from their laptop but can from their phone, or vice versa.

• Solution #3: Take it easy. Input your data carefully without rushing, but be sure to register for classes within 15 minutes. Our class registrations are set to time-out in 15 minutes. If you run out of time, please start over and try again. Event registrations do not time-out.

Issue #3: Payment being rejected

• Solution #1: Carefully check the numbers of the credit card, expiration date and cvv code that you have entered. Often there has been a mistake in your inputting.

• Solution #2: If it still doesn’t work, try using a different card. We accept both credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
