An art exhibit of designed school backpacks created by young adults from RYSE Hawaiʻi and Moanalua High School students
HHH member Fatiha Kheddaoui Curran curates this art collaboration, which presents youth homeless in Hawaiʻi from the students’ point of views and from their personal experiences and realities. The two distinct groups of students--from RYSE and from Moanalua High School--use quilting, applique and embroidery to design the school backpacks.
